The Situation
A French food company with 500 employees was managing its operations in Google Sheets. As the business grew, the spreadsheets did not keep up.
The Problem
The setup did not scale. Errors kept slipping into the sheets, and processes were not being followed. The company needed a proper back office.
What We Did
We placed two developers 3 days after the first call: a backend developer on NestJS and a frontend developer on React. Both had passed Glodev's live coding sessions and communication checks before we presented their profiles. Together they built the company's new back office.
