The Situation
A French food company with 300 employees needed a logistics app built entirely around its own operations: drivers, delivery rounds, orders and the processes that connect them.
The Problem
The hardest part was the route optimisation algorithm. It had to account for driver availability, traffic and order priority at the same time. The app also needed barcode scanning and features that matched the company's logistics processes exactly.
What We Did
We placed two developers 7 days after the first call: a backend developer on NestJS and a frontend developer on React Native. Both had passed Glodev's live coding sessions and communication checks before we presented their profiles. They built the MVP, including the route optimisation algorithm and barcode scanning.
