The Situation
A Moroccan gym chain needed its entire back office rebuilt, covering everything from customer relationships to payroll.
The Problem
The back office had to fit the company's existing processes, not force new ones onto the teams. And the staff had to be able to use it from day one, which meant training and support through testing, not just a handover.
What We Did
We placed a team of Glodev Odoo developers, on the job 2 days after first contact. All of them had passed Glodev's live coding sessions and communication checks before we presented their profiles. They built the full back office on Odoo, from CRM to payroll, adapting each part to the company's existing processes.
